Custom plans from several decades sit far apart on streets such as Deertrail Drive and Antelope Trail, and the parcels allow horses and outbuildings. Inspiration Drive forms the north edge, and Ponderosa Drive runs about 2.5 miles west to Parker Road (Hwy 83) near the E-470 interchange, roughly 10 minutes away. Pine Lane Elementary and Sierra Middle School are about 2 miles west inside Parker, and Salisbury Equestrian Park lies 4 miles to the southwest.
