Shanahan Ridge steps up the slope below the Mesa Trail with townhomes, condos and single-family homes built between 1975 and 1990 on lots of roughly 0.08 to 0.20 acres, with dues near $200 to $400 a month on the attached units. Three trails leave the neighborhood edge, the North Fork, Middle Fork and South Fork Shanahan routes, and all three climb into the open space below the Flatirons.
