Dellwood Heights is a small county subdivision north of Fort Collins proper, on Dellwood Dr off Gregory Rd just north of Country Club Rd, in unincorporated Larimer County with a Fort Collins 80524 address. Its single-family homes date from the 1970s and 1980s on 0.12 to 0.20 acre lots, part of the pocket of streets that grew up around the Fort Collins Country Club golf course about 0.8 miles east. Terry Lake lies a mile west and Long Pond a half-mile east, while Greenbriar Park's tennis courts, pond, and ball fields and the adjoining Redwing Marsh Natural Area are about a mile south on Willox Ln. Tavelli Elementary is a half-mile south on Miramont Dr, and N Lemay Ave leads to Vine Dr and Old Town in about eight minutes, with Terry Lake Rd connecting west to US-287.
