Kechter Farm is Toll Brothers' 2017-and-later subdivision south of Kechter Rd, on the north side of Fossil Creek Reservoir between Timberline Rd and Ziegler Rd. Its 200-plus single-family homes sit on 0.12 to 0.20 acre lots around a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and yoga studio, with about 30 acres of open space threaded by walking paths. Bacon Elementary stands at the western edge near Timberline Rd, and Fossil Ridge High School is roughly a mile northeast on Ziegler Rd. Twin Silo Park, the city's newest community park with a dog park and bicycle pump track, is about a mile northeast at 5480 Ziegler Rd, while the reservoir natural area's hiking trails start from Carpenter Rd on the far side of the water. Harmony Rd and its I-25 interchange are 5 to 7 minutes north.
