Serratoga Falls is in Timnath, not Fort Collins: Serratoga Falls Parkway leaves County Road 5 east of I-25 at the latitude of Prospect Road, inside the Town of Timnath and the Serratoga Falls Metropolitan Districts No. 1 and No. 3, which also set a three-day-a-week watering schedule. An earlier phase dated 2005 to 2015 was followed by production building from about 2020 by Richmond American, American Legend, Bartran, and Trumark at Kitchel Lake, on 65 to 80 foot wide homesites of 0.15 to 0.30 acres with three and four car garages. Kitchel Lake open space and the subdivision's own trail system link toward the 21-mile Poudre River Trail. Timnath Middle High School stands on Prospect Road near the entrance, the I-25 interchange at Prospect Road is about five minutes west, and Harmony Road is roughly 3.5 miles south.
