Campus West

Campus West is the grid of 1960s and 1970s houses, condos, and townhomes on 0.10 to 0.20 acre lots that spreads west from the CSU main campus along West Elizabeth Street, with a commercial strip of restaurants and shops around Elizabeth and Shields and entry prices estimated at $300K to $600K. Transfort Route 31 runs from the CSU Transit Center through Plum Street and Campus West to Ram's Village, and Route 3 covers Plum and Elizabeth toward the Equine Center, so campus is a short bus ride or bike trip. Bennett Elementary at 1125 Bennett Road is under half a mile south, and Rolland Moore Park at 2201 S Shields Street adds eight lighted tennis courts, a fourplex ballfield, and the Ross and Fischer natural areas along Spring Creek about a mile away. Taft Hill Road, three minutes west, is the route toward Horsetooth Reservoir, roughly 4 miles beyond.
