Collindale sits directly north of Collindale Golf Course, east of Lemay Avenue between Horsetooth Road and Drake Road, with single-family homes and a smaller stock of condos built between about 1980 and 2000 on lots of 0.10 to 0.18 acres. The 160-acre municipal course, 18 holes fronting East Horsetooth Road, forms the southern edge, and Warren Park with its four lighted tennis courts and ball fields is a few blocks southwest at Lemay and Horsetooth. The Power Trail passes along the east side of the neighborhood, reaching Edora Park and the EPIC pool and ice center about a mile north and Golden Meadows Park to the south. Shepardson Elementary is a quarter mile away on Springwood Drive, Lemay Avenue and Horsetooth Road are each a one-minute drive, Harmony Road about three minutes, and College Avenue five.
