Maple Hill is one of the northernmost subdivisions inside Fort Collins, east of Turnberry Road between Mountain Vista Drive and Richards Lake Road, built between 2005 and 2015 with Craftsman-style and modern traditional plans by Aspen Homes and Journey Homes on lots of 0.10 to 0.18 acres. Crescent Park at 2401 Bar Harbor Drive is the neighborhood park, with a small pond and looped path, basketball court, playground, shelter, and pollinator garden, and Maple Hill Drive runs through the center of the street grid. Fort Collins Country Club and Lindenmeier Lake are under a mile west along Country Club Road, and Richards Lake lies about a mile to the northwest. Vine Drive is roughly five minutes south, US-287 about five minutes west, and I-25 at the Mountain Vista Drive interchange is a little over two miles east.
