Stetson Creek lines the east side of South Timberline Rd between Harmony Rd and Kechter Rd in southeast Fort Collins, a 2005 to 2015 subdivision of single-family homes on lots of about 0.10 to 0.18 acres, with dues estimated at $40 to $80 a month and Muskrat Creek threading its drainage corridor.
