Waterglen occupies the northeast corner of Fort Collins at E Vine Dr and Waterglen Dr, about 0.7 miles west of I-25 and just north of the Mulberry St corridor. The subdivision dates to the late 1990s and 2000s, with single-family homes on compact 0.10 to 0.18 acre lots along a grid fed by Waterglen Dr, a collector street with striped bike lanes and a Transfort stop at Vine Dr. Rabbit Brush Park at 1114 Elgin Ct is the neighborhood's own city park, with a playground, half basketball court, rock wall, and shelter, and Traverse Park's pump track and ziplines are a half-mile west in the Trail Head neighborhood. The Mulberry St interchange at I-25 is under a mile south, and Timberline Rd is about five minutes west on Vine Dr.
