The plan is a Certified Lifelong Learning Community with the Sonders Learning Center, a pool with mountain views, Serenity Park, pickleball and bocce courts, a dog park, and lake access for fishing, canoeing, and paddleboarding. Tavelli Elementary is about a mile southwest on Miramont Dr, Country Club Rd leads west to N College Ave, and I-25 is roughly 8 minutes east by way of Mountain Vista Dr.
