Old Town West is the residential grid between Shields Street and the downtown core, from Mulberry Street north to Laporte Avenue, built out between 1900 and 1945 with Craftsman bungalows, American Foursquares, and painted cottages on 0.10 to 0.20 acre lots that now trade from about $500K to $1.2M.
