Warren Shores lines the west shore of Warren Lake just south of Horsetooth Road and west of Lemay Avenue, a subdivision of single-family homes built between 1985 and 2000 on lots around 5,000 square feet, many with tall window walls and angled rooflines, and lakefront plans running to four or five bedrooms. A residents-only trail follows the water, the association keeps an outdoor pool and tennis courts, and the neighborhood has been listed as a Sustainable Neighborhoods participant.
