The Landings wraps the west and south shores of Warren Lake in south-central Fort Collins, with Landings Dr crossing a lake inlet on a short bridge and single-family homes from the 1980s and 1990s on lots of roughly 0.12 to 0.25 acres, a share of them set directly on the shoreline. Landings Bay condominiums occupy the northwest corner, and a small neighborhood park sits near the south end. Warren Park at 1101 East Horsetooth Rd, with four lighted tennis courts and a large turf field, borders the north side of the lake beside Collindale Golf Course. Horsetooth Rd forms the north edge, Boardwalk Dr and JFK Pkwy lead west to College Ave and the Foothills shopping center in under a mile, and the MAX Horsetooth station on the Mason Corridor is about a mile west.
