Southmoor Village is a midtown Fort Collins subdivision of 1970s and early 1980s single-family homes laid out along East Swallow Rd, Southmoor Dr and Stanford Rd east of College Ave, on lots of about 0.12 to 0.20 acres under a mature street-tree canopy. Spencer Park, a city mini park at 1035 East Swallow Rd, sits inside the neighborhood and preserves the historic Nelon Milk House, while Warren Park and its four lighted tennis courts border Warren Lake about half a mile south on East Horsetooth Rd. Boltz Middle School sits just south across Swallow Rd. The Foothills shopping center is roughly half a mile west, Transfort buses stop at Swallow and Southmoor, and the MAX Swallow station on the Mason Corridor is under a mile away.
