Timnath's most ambitious future development -- a 241-acre mixed-use project at the I-25/Harmony interchange that will combine approximately 700 homes with retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, office space, and 90 acres of lakes and open space. Still in planning phases with Town Council approval ongoing. Projected to generate $218M in tax revenue for Timnath over 25 years. Not yet selling residential units.
