Wellington's largest planned development, a 293.5-acre master-planned community 3 miles south of downtown with 241 approved single-family lots and up to 70 acres of neighborhood commercial space. Developed by Sage Homes, it will be the first Wellington project to bring multiple price points to one community. Initial lots expected to be available in 2026 with 100–125 homesites in the first phase.
