Smoky Ridge went in under a single recorded plat between 1985 and 2000, roughly 518 two-story houses with decorative brick, multiple-car garages, and fenced yards on lots of 0.15 to 0.25 acres. It runs north of E. Smoky Hill Road with S. Himalaya Street closing the east side, and Peakview Elementary sits inside the subdivision on E. Progress Circle.
