Westridge Glen fills the block between Lucent Boulevard and Foothills Canyon Boulevard, from Town Center Drive south to Highlands Ranch Parkway, with about 300 single-family homes from Pulte, Sanford/Beazer, Oakwood and D.R. Horton built between 1995 and 2001. Plans run about 1,800 to 3,600 square feet on lots of 0.10 to 0.18 acre, and the higher streets look west to the Front Range. Marcy Park sits inside the neighborhood, Marcy Gulch open space carries trails that link to the High Line Canal Trail, Westridge Rec Center is about 0.4 mile south on Foothills Canyon, and Redstone Park's 53 acres are about a mile west. Town Center Drive runs west to Santa Fe Drive for the drive downtown, Lucent Boulevard reaches C-470 in about four minutes, and RTD's Mineral station is a few minutes farther.
