Eastridge Terrace is one of several named pockets inside the roughly 3,000-home Eastridge district on the east side of Highlands Ranch, built between 1992 and 1999 on lots of 0.12 to 0.20 acres. Its plans run larger than standard Eastridge stock, with main-floor offices, bay windows, and front porches, and recent listings have ranged from about 1,680 to nearly 3,000 square feet. Streets carry Australian place names, including Tarcoola Lane, Darwin Lane, and Apollo Bay Drive. The Eastridge Recreation Center on University Boulevard is the closest HRCA facility, and the quarterly HRCA assessment covers all four centers plus the Backcountry Wilderness Area.
