Palomino Park is a gated condominium and townhome campus of about 220 acres on South Quebec Street, in the northeast corner of Highlands Ranch just south of C-470. Gold Peak and Silver Mesa are the two for-sale villages, built in the late 1990s and early 2000s at 1,133 to 2,456 square feet with 1 to 3 bedrooms, balconies, and attached garages; Red Canyon, Green River, and Blue Ridge are rental villages. The sub-association covers roofs and exterior upkeep and runs its own clubhouse, pool and hot tub, fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts, dog park, and internal trails. The HRCA's recreation rules list Silver Mesa and Gold Peak among the areas not eligible for the four HRCA recreation centers, so the amenities that count here are the on-site ones. Quebec Street meets C-470 in about 2 minutes, I-25 is about 8 minutes east, and the RTD Lincoln station is roughly 2.5 miles away.
