Highland Walk is a 144-home Shea Homes neighborhood built from 2002 to 2006 in southeast Highlands Ranch, between McArthur Ranch Road and Grigs Road on streets such as Blue Pine Circle and Clearview Lane. Most homes are two-story plans of 2,000 to 2,500 finished square feet on 3,500 to 6,000 square foot lots with attached 2-car garages, and a sub-association on top of the HRCA assessment maintains exteriors (roofs excluded), grounds, and snow removal and runs a private clubhouse, pool, and fitness room. The HRCA's Southridge Recreation Center and Paintbrush Park are about half a mile east, Spearwood Park about half a mile west, and Copper Mesa Elementary 0.4 miles southwest. Fairview Parkway and Quebec Street lead to C-470 in roughly 8 minutes, with I-25 about 10 minutes east.
