Verona Building Company started this attached-home community in 2011 along Primo Road, between Lucent Boulevard and Santa Fe Drive, and Century Communities is finishing the build-out. The Villas plans (Albero, Barone, Capello and Donatello) run 2,596 to 2,857 square feet, with the primary suite on the main floor in three of the four, while the smaller Manors condos run about 1,240 to 1,650 square feet. The original phase is a documented 55+ age-restricted community; the later townhome and condo phases carry no age restriction. Dues, quoted at $364 to $416 a month in early 2026, cover exterior upkeep and snow removal, and there is no clubhouse or pool; the High Line Canal Trail runs along the property and McLellan Reservoir sits across Santa Fe Drive to the west. C-470 and the Lucent Park-n-Ride are about 5 minutes out.
