Firelight covers roughly 1,500 homes on the southeastern edge of Highlands Ranch, running from Poston Parkway to Laurelglen Lane along Wildcat Reserve Parkway and McArthur Ranch Road. Shea Homes built most of it between 2001 and 2006, with pockets by Berkeley and Ryland, in plans of about 1,500 to 4,000 square feet above grade on lots from 3,000 square feet to a quarter acre; finished basements push some homes past 5,000 square feet.
