Westridge Pointe is one of the larger subdivisions on the Westridge side of Highlands Ranch, about 1,000 homes that Richmond Homes and Village Homes built between 1993 and 2000. The plans are contemporary for their era, 1,300 to 2,900 square feet with vaulted ceilings and open main levels, and many carry finished basements on lots of 0.10 to 0.18 acre. Westridge Rec Center on Foothills Canyon Boulevard, with its indoor track, turf field and pools, and Redstone Park's 53 acres of fields, tennis courts, fishing pond and skate park are the two recreation anchors, tied together by the trail network that reaches the High Line Canal Trail. Santa Fe Drive puts C-470 about six minutes away, RTD's Mineral station is about ten minutes, and Town Center's shops are a short drive east.
