Indigo Hill occupies the northwest corner of Broadway and Wildcat Reserve Parkway, running about a quarter mile north and half a mile west, with roughly 400 detached homes that Village Homes built between the mid-1990s and early 2000s. Plans span about 1,800 to 2,800 square feet across ranch, two-story and a few split-level designs, with the open main levels and high ceilings Village Homes used in that era, on lots of 0.10 to 0.18 acre. A secondary sub-association, billed on top of the HRCA assessment, runs a private pool and playground, and the Highlands Ranch trail system threads between backyards.
