Mansion Pointe lines the west side of Broadway around Sylvestor Road and Gwendelyn Place, about a mile west of the Highlands Ranch Mansion and the Metro District's Historic Park at 9950 East Gateway Drive, with its walking trails and historic windmill. The homes went up between 1994 and 1998 as one- and two-story plans of roughly 2,100 to 4,800 square feet with four to six bedrooms, on lots of 0.15 to 0.25 acre, and the landscaping has had three decades to fill in. Kistler Park, a Metro District park with a playground, shelter and sports field, is about 0.6 mile north, and Highlands Ranch Town Center is about 0.7 mile northwest. Broadway reaches C-470 in about four minutes, and Santa Fe Drive is the other route north.
