Coventry Ridge fills the block of central Highlands Ranch between Broadway on the west, Highlands Ranch Parkway on the south and Woodland Drive on the east, with the Chalet subdivision to the north. Single-family homes date from 1992 to 1998 on lots of about 0.12 to 0.20 acres, and a separate 56-unit patio-home association built in 1996 to 1998 adds 1,400 to 1,900 square-foot plans with their own monthly dues on top of HRCA. Highlands Ranch Town Center and the Highlands Ranch Senior Center are about a block away on the parkway, and Dad Clark Park with its playground and 19-plot community garden is the nearest Metro District park. Douglas County rebuilt Highlands Ranch Parkway between Broadway and Burntwood Way in summer 2026 with 7-foot bike lanes, 8-foot sidewalks and a new signal at Ridgeglen Way. Broadway reaches C-470 in about 5 minutes.
