Richmond Pointe is a small Northridge subdivision of single-family homes built from 1988 to 1993, attributed to Richmond American Homes, on lots of roughly 0.15 to 0.25 acres. Toepfer Park on Venneford Ranch Road borders the subdivision, and the rear lots on that side back directly onto the park, which finished a full rebuild in 2026 with a new playground, restrooms, shelter, lighting and concrete trails. Lots along the western edge pick up Front Range views over the rooftops. Sand Creek Park, a picnic green on Green Meadows Drive, sits to the north, and Highlands Ranch Town Center is west along Highlands Ranch Parkway. Broadway reaches C-470 in about 5 minutes, with I-25 about 10 minutes east.
