Falcon Hills sits in the Northridge area just south of C-470, east of University Boulevard and north of Venneford Ranch Road, behind a staffed guard gate. The homes went up between 1985 and 1992 on lots of a quarter acre to three quarters of an acre, most of them two-story plans of 3,900 to 6,500 finished square feet with three-car garages and walk-out basements, in Mediterranean, Tuscan, and contemporary styles. The sub-association keeps its own clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, park, and a loop of walking trails through neighborhood open space, and the ridge-top position opens views west to the Front Range and north to downtown Denver. C-470 is about 3 minutes away, I-25 roughly 10 minutes east, and Toepfer Park is the nearest Metro District park.
