Canyon Ranch is a condominium community of about 440 units built in 1996 and 1997 on East Canyon Ranch Road, just off Colorado Boulevard and a quarter mile south of County Line Road in the northeast corner of Highlands Ranch. Units run roughly 700 to 1,300 square feet in 1- and 2-bedroom plans, each with a detached 1-car garage, and the HOA's own pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and tennis courts sit inside the complex. David A. Lorenz Regional Park, a Douglas County park, is about half a mile east, and Cougar Run Park is a similar distance to the southwest. Colorado Boulevard reaches C-470 in about 3 minutes and I-25 in about 8, and the HRCA's Eastridge Recreation Center, about 1.5 miles to the southwest, is the nearest of the four. Sale prices in the mid $300,000s keep it among the lowest-cost ways to own inside the HRCA boundary.
