Carlyle Park is a 213-unit townhome community built between 1998 and 2000 on Carlyle Park Circle and Carlyle Park Place, across Lucent Boulevard from Town Center. Units run from about 1,000 to 1,600 square feet in two- and three-bedroom plans with one- or two-car attached garages and a patio or balcony, arranged along greenbelt walkways. The sub-association charges about $350 per month on top of the HRCA assessment and covers exteriors, roofs, snow removal, and trash, with a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts on site. Town Center shops and restaurants along Highlands Ranch Parkway are a short walk, RTD buses stop at the Lucent Park-n-Ride, and Lucent Boulevard reaches C-470 in about 5 minutes with I-25 about 10 minutes east.
