Plans run 1,400 to 1,800 finished square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 to 3 baths, and an attached 2-car garage, and the Sundance HOA covers roofs, exterior maintenance, snow, and trash along with a clubhouse, pool, fitness room, and tennis courts. Tanks Park, with its skate park, roller rink, and pickleball courts, occupies the northwest corner of Broadway and Wildcat Reserve, and Discovery Park is one block farther south. The HRCA's Westridge Recreation Center is about 2 miles northwest, and Broadway runs about 2.5 miles north to C-470, a drive of roughly 8 minutes.
