A compact tract of about 90 houses built by Falcon Homes between 1988 and 1995, on quarter-acre to third-acre lots that are among the deepest in Lone Tree outside the estate tiers. Plans run 3,500 to 5,500 finished square feet with attached three-car garages, and the street trees planted with them now arch over the pavement. Eagle Ridge Elementary sits at the north edge of the subdivision, one of the Douglas County schools the city lists for this side of I-25. Quebec Street is a quarter mile west and runs north to C-470, while Lincoln Avenue is a half mile south and runs east to I-25 and Sky Ridge.
