Two adjoining plats, Thraemoor and Thraemoor in the Park, cover southeast Lakewood between S. Sheridan Boulevard and S. Wadsworth Boulevard, and the housing spans everything built there from 1960 to 1990, from condominiums near $275,000 through townhomes and on to single-family houses above $850,000 on quarter-acre lots. Streets are mature and tree-lined, with Peak View Park a short walk west and Westgate Park on W. Vassar Avenue inside a mile. Emory Elementary has closed and no longer appears in the district directory. S. Wadsworth Boulevard is about five minutes west, W. Jewell Avenue crosses the north end, and US-285 runs a mile and a half south.
