Single-family houses and townhomes built between 1975 and 1995 sit on lots of 0.12 to 0.30 acres on the rise west of North Broadway. Dakota Ridge Park at 501 Dakota Boulevard has a prehistoric themed playground with dinosaur tracks pressed into the paving, fossils set in rock, and climbing features. Trail access runs through the Four Mile Creek Trailhead at 420 Lee Hill Road, 0.3 mile west of Broadway, where the Foothills Trail heads north to Hogback Ridge and south past the Old Kiln Trail to Wonderland Lake. The Dakota Ridge Trail that shares the name is about three miles south, at the Centennial Trailhead on Sunshine Canyon Road. The SKIP and 204 buses stop at Broadway and Lee Hill.
