Frasier Meadows fills the blocks south of Baseline Road with single-family houses built between 1960 and 1985, typically 2,000 to 2,500 square feet on lots of 10,000 to 14,000 square feet. Horizons K-8 stands inside the neighborhood at 4545 Sioux Drive, and the Meadows on the Parkway center on Baseline holds a Safeway, a public library branch, restaurants and medical offices. East Boulder Community Park at 5660 Sioux Drive adds a dog park, pickleball and tennis courts, a pond and the adjoining East Boulder Community Center.
