Build dates run from 1950 to 2020, so one block can hold a postwar cottage, a Cape Cod, and a contemporary infill townhome. Foothills Community Park at 800 Cherry Avenue covers 65.2 acres with a dog park, pickleball and inline hockey rinks, and the Growing Gardens plots, while North Boulder Park at 800 Dellwood Avenue has a bike Tot Track and an outdoor fitness court. The NoBo Art District runs along Broadway, with studios and galleries opening for the First Friday walk. Broadway is the spine, carrying the SKIP bus south toward Pearl Street, and the Wonderland Lake Trailhead at 4201 North Broadway closes the corridor at the foothills. A branch library is in development on the same stretch.
