This Creekside is the Longmont subdivision between Hover Street and South Sunset Street, a separate development from the Creekside and Creekside 2 plats across the county line in the town of Erie. Its custom homes, built mostly between 1985 and 2005 on quarter- to half-acre lots, run 1,170 to 1,880 square feet with up to six bedrooms and two- or three-car garages. Left Hand Creek Park sits right along the neighborhood's edge, with Lefthand Creek itself bordering several lots. Ken Pratt Boulevard and CO-119 are both about five minutes by car.
