The McIntosh neighborhood wraps Longmont's largest in town lake and counts about 1,914 residences drawn from several plats, among them The Shores PUD with 427 lots near 0.16 acres, Longmont Estates Lakeshore at roughly 0.25 acres, and Lake McIntosh Farm.
