Harvest Junction Village holds 299 lots just southeast of the Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Main Street junction, built by Meritage and Richmond American between 2014 and 2018 on parcels near 0.12 to 0.17 acres with basements standard. Street names run agricultural, Sugar Beet Circle, Bountiful Avenue and Western Sky Circle, on a compact grid off Martin Street. The Lefthand Creek Greenway passes along the south side and connects west toward Kanemoto Park at Missouri Avenue and South Pratt Parkway, with Dickens Farm Nature Area about six tenths of a mile north. Ken Pratt Boulevard and Main Street are each roughly a minute out, and CO-119 runs east to I-25.
