Upper Clover Basin is a corridor label rather than a recorded plat name, covering the newer eastern stretch of Clover Basin Drive in southwest Longmont. Building ran from about 2000 through 2020 and produced modern bungalows and attached homes on lots between roughly an eighth and a third of an acre, with larger detached plans at the top of the range. Eagle Crest Elementary at 4444 Clover Basin Drive and Altona Middle School at 4600 Clover Basin Drive stand on the same street, walkable from much of the area. The Dry Creek Greenway runs west to Dry Creek Community Park, and Clover Basin Drive meets Airport Road in about two minutes.
