Renaissance spreads across southwest Longmont between Airport Road, Clover Basin Drive and 87th Street, about 1,128 residences on Italian named streets including Da Vinci Drive, Portofino Drive, Florentine Circle and Lucca Drive. Meritage built most of the detached stock from 1996 through 2017 on compact lots near 0.12 to 0.16 acres, nearly all with basements, and the Heritage Townhomes section adds 92 attached units at the north end. Dry Creek Community Park lies about half a mile northwest and Blue Skies Park a similar distance west, both reached on the Dry Creek Greenway. Clover Basin Drive runs east to Airport Road in two minutes, with the Diagonal Highway five minutes south.
