This Fox Hill is in east Longmont, north of Ken Pratt Boulevard and roughly three and a half miles east of Hover Street, and it is a separate place from the Fox Hill in Centennial. About 319 lots platted from 1975 onward ring The Fox Hill Club, a private 18 hole championship course designed by Frank Hummel at 1400 CO-119, with typical parcels of 0.24 to 0.34 acres along Fox Hill Drive, Crawford Circle and East 4th and 5th Avenues. The newer Highlands at Fox Hill section adds 83 attached units on Clubhouse Drive and High Point Drive. Rothrock Dell Park is half a mile west and Sandstone Ranch Community Park about two miles southeast on East Ken Pratt Boulevard.
