Meadow Mountain covers 349 lots on the west edge of Longmont, recorded between 2003 and 2016 on parcels that mostly measure 0.15 to 0.21 acres. Streets carry peak names, among them Hallett Peak Drive, Mt Audubon Drive, Stones Peak Drive and Cannon Mountain Drive, and the grid opens onto Clover Basin Drive. Blue Skies Park at 1520 Mountain Drive and Blue Mountain Elementary at 1260 Mountain Drive both stand inside the subdivision, and Dry Creek Community Park adjoins it on the northeast, linked by the Dry Creek Greenway.
