Wallace Village is a subdivision of single-family homes from the 1970s and 1980s on lots of about 0.12 to 0.20 acres, and its map location needs a caveat: the federal place-name record puts it inside the City of Westminster, between W 100th and W 104th avenues about half a mile west of Wadsworth Parkway, north of Standley Lake rather than inside Arvada's city limits. Its nearest named neighbors on that record are Walnut Grove, 0.9 miles northwest, and Sunstream, a mile southwest, and the Countryside subdivision runs nearby between W 100th and W 108th avenues with North Standley Lake Open Space across W 100th. Standley Lake Regional Park and its 1,063-acre reservoir are the major open space of the area. Wadsworth Parkway runs south into Arvada in about 5 minutes and north to US-36, with I-76 roughly 10 minutes east.
