Hillcrest is a 145-home Village Homes subdivision from 1994 to 1996 between W 64th Avenue and Deframe Street in west Arvada, built in two-story, multi-level and ranch plans with 1,400 to 3,400 finished square feet, 2-car attached garages and walk-out basements on some lots. Lots measure 6,000 square feet to a fifth of an acre, and an HOA handles common grounds, snow removal and trash. Van Bibber Park is the closest open space, with a 1.5-mile concrete trail along Van Bibber Creek from the Indiana Street trailhead and a greenway extension, under construction since August 2025, that will tie into the Fairmount Trail and North Table Mountain. West Woods Golf Course is 2 miles away and Skate City Arvada 1.5 miles. Simms Street is about 5 minutes east and I-70 roughly 10 minutes south.
