Leyden Ranch is a Taylor Morrison subdivision between W 82nd Avenue and Orion Way on the Leyden mesa, opened in June 2014 and sold out by 2017 across three collections, Hawthorn, Roaring Fork and Cedar, which together offered 13 floor plans of roughly 2,500 to 3,900 square feet above grade, with launch pricing that began at $419,990. Lots run from a fifth to a half acre, three-car garages are standard, and most homes carry walk-out lower levels, hardwood floors, granite counters and covered patios for 2,500 to 5,300 finished square feet. Advance HOA manages the subdivision and covers trash and recycling.
