The 4,000 to 6,500 square foot estates line Hyatt Lake, a roughly 75-acre private reservoir in unincorporated Jefferson County with deeded shoreline rights, a private beach and a loop path of nearly 2 miles. HOA dues run about $592 a year and cover trash service. The Van Bibber Creek Trail passes within 2 miles to the south, 2.5 miles from Ward Road to Indiana Street with equestrian use permitted, and Alkire Street and W 64th Avenue reach I-70 in about 10 minutes.
