Fieldstone is a Village Homes subdivision from 2000 to 2005 between West 64th Avenue and Virgil Way, at the western edge of Arvada where the street grid gives way to Jefferson County open space. Homes are ranch and two-story plans of 2,500 to 5,000 finished square feet with three- and four-car garages on lots from a fifth to a third of an acre, and the homeowners association runs about $243 per quarter for grounds, trash, recycling, snow removal and private road upkeep. The Van Bibber Creek Trail, 3.5 miles of paved and soft-surface path along a creek corridor named for an 1859 homestead, passes just south of the neighborhood, and West Woods Golf Club's 27 holes are 2 miles away. Virgil Way and West 64th Avenue reach Indiana Street and Simms Street in about 5 minutes, with I-70 roughly 10 minutes south.
